# Quido MCP Server

Quido is the company-intelligence platform used by private equity, investment banking and M&A advisors across Europe. The Quido connector brings Quido's data into Claude: ask in plain language about balance sheets (civilistico and consolidato, all years), reclassified financial KPIs, ownership chains and PE sponsorship, board members, M&A deals and multiples, sector peers, news, or run free-form screenings over roughly one million Italian and European companies. Claude picks the right tool, calls Quido, and returns auditable answers backed by official-registry data. All 23 tools are read-only. Available to active Quido customers only: sign in with your Quido account on first connect.

### Why the tool list is not verified

Quido refuses an anonymous `tools/list`, which is the correct thing for a server holding real user data to do. Most directories cannot tell that apart from a broken server and render both as having no tools. It is not broken — it is gated, and it answered us to say so.
