There is a demand from users of Ansible Automation Platform to be able to provide Automation Analytics contents in the Insights MCP. This would be a perfect fit, due to the read-only nature of Automation Analytics, so you can query:

Image Builder server instructions exceed Claude Code's 2KB limit (currently 3.2KB)

Llamastack integration

I am trying to integrate insights mcp server with Llama stack and seeing issue.

started insights in HTTP mode: InsightsMCPServer - Running HTTP transport on host: 127.0.0.1, port: 8000

started Llama Stack with:     mcp_endpoint:       uri: http://localhost:8000/mcp

Is there any plan to add support to list and execute remediation plans?

E.g., the following APIs from Red Hat Lightspeed API cheat sheet:

Get an Ansible remediation playbook:

authentication is failing when running with remote (http) mcp server

Note that the same service account client id and secret work with the local (stdio) mcp server.

The remote option doesn't seem to work. When I run the MCP server it starts:

### Testing the scenario for MCP insights - Group creation

When I'm creating the group, after adding the roles and the user, I get an unspecified error and the process of group creation stops and shows an error:

After refreshing the view, it seems that the group was created successfully.
