# Remote.It MCP Server
Remote.It gives operators, technicians, and engineers secure access to the machines that run your business — from the factory floor to the field — no VPNs, no open ports, no public IPs — even behind firewalls, CGNAT, cellular, or Starlink. This connector brings that fleet to Claude.

### Why the tool list is not verified
Remote.It refuses an anonymous `tools/list`, which is the correct thing for a server holding real user data to do. Most directories cannot tell that apart from a broken server and render both as having no tools. It is not broken — it is gated, and it answered us to say so.
