Контекст

Разработчики, встраивающие рассыльщик в свои продукты (SaaS, CRM, маркетплейсы), используют HTTP API api.samotpravil.ru и MCP samotpravil-mcp.

Текущее покрытие (~51 HTTP-метод): единичная и пакетная отправка, статусы, аналитика, стоп-листы, домены, валидация, WhiteLabel-конфиг.

Главная проблема: v1 и v2 сосуществуют без единого стабильного контракта. Отсутствуют сущности, критичные для продуктовых рассыльщиков: списки подписчиков, шаблоны, webhooks, планирование, квоты
