# SkedCast MCP Server
SkedCast is a social media scheduler for agencies, creators and teams. This MCP server lets Claude work inside your SkedCast workspace: draft a post, check it against each platform's rules, schedule it, and report back on how it performed.
What Claude can do
- Read: posts and their destinations, connected accounts, clients, campaigns, approvals, media library, reports, posting limits, and analytics (overview, per post, per account, per client) plus best-time-to-post recommendations.
- Act: create and schedule posts (one or many), validate a post before creating it, revise drafts and scheduled posts, reschedule, cancel or retry a destination, manage campaigns and clients, import media from a URL, and decide approvals.
- Set up: register webhooks and generate account-connect links.
Built to be safe
- You approve the connection with OAuth 2.1 and can revoke it any time.
- Claude acts as you, never more: your role and per-client permissions still apply.
- Tools that change something are clearly marked and ask first.
- Approval workflows, platform rules, posting limits and rate limits still apply.
Works with 11 social platforms. AI assistant access is included on paid plans; a free trial is available at skedcast.com.
