# SmartHome CRM MCP Server

SmartHome conecta Claude con tu plataforma comercial e inmobiliaria SmartHome para que consultes y gestiones tu operación usando lenguaje natural, sin salir de la conversación.
Con este conector puedes:
• Consultar prospectos y seguimientos comerciales con filtros por proyecto, fecha, etapa, probabilidad, asesor y origen.
• Ver el detalle de clientes, su historial, eventos, pagos, pagos vencidos y pagos programados.
• Revisar ventas confirmadas, resúmenes por proyecto y resúmenes bancarios.
• Registrar eventos y notas de seguimiento, agendar eventos de calendario, cambiar la etapa o el asesor de un prospecto y actualizar su información.
• Trabajar con campos personalizados, proyectos, unidades, usuarios y catálogos de acciones.
La autenticación es automática y segura: al agregar la URL del conector, Claude abre la página de inicio de sesión de SmartHome, validas tus credenciales y quedas conectado. El conector nunca almacena tus credenciales, todo el tráfico va cifrado por HTTPS (OAuth 2.1 con PKCE) y solo accedes a los datos que tu cuenta puede ver en SmartHome.
Cada herramienta indica si es de lectura o de escritura, para que tengas control claro sobre las acciones que realiza.
