### Document and test Platform Plugin Match/List routing and input contracts

### Publish springbrand-dev support for Action Capabilities

## Goal

Publish the next immutable `springbrand-dev` prerelease whose Canonical Skill can safely use the Action Capabilities now exposed by the development Connector Gateway.
