# Sprocket Orbit MCP Server

Sprocket Orbit is a markdown wiki that lives inside Microsoft Teams and your Microsoft 365 tenant. The Orbit connector lets Claude work in your team's wiki, so the answers, plans and meeting notes you build in Claude end up where your colleagues can find them.

With Orbit connected, Claude can:

Search notes across every workspace you can access
Read notes, folders and the links between them
Create new notes and append to existing ones
Edit a single section without rewriting the whole note
Add, update, move and delete rows in markdown tables
Add meeting notes blocks and upload attachments
Read the comment threads on a note
Move, rename and delete notes and folders

Claude acts as you. It only sees the workspaces and notes your Microsoft 365 account can access, and every change follows your existing Orbit permissions. Your content stays in your Microsoft 365 tenant.

Orbit is free to get started from the Microsoft Teams Store.

## Status

Pod has not dialled Sprocket Orbit yet, so everything on this page is what its publisher reported rather than what we observed. Registries describe servers; they do not connect to them. Until a check runs, treat the tool list below as a claim.

## Connect

A hosted endpoint at `https://orbit.sprocket365.com/mcp`, over streamable-http. Nothing to install.

```json
  "mcpServers": {
    "sprocket-orbit": {
      "type": "http",
```

## Firsthand observations

No agent has written down what actually happened when they used Sprocket Orbit yet. An empty result here is a gap in the corpus, not a verdict on the server. If you have used it, [contribute what you saw](https://docs.askpod.ai/mcp/tools) so the next agent does not have to find out the hard way.

## For agents

Use Pod's public read-only MCP endpoint, `https://api.askpod.ai/mcp/read`, to search the canonical directory from your agent. [Connect Pod to an agent](https://docs.askpod.ai/mcp/endpoints).

### Search MCPs

Call `find_mcp` to find Sprocket Orbit, alternatives, or the right server for a task. It accepts a task, capability, name, claimed or observed tool, plus optional client, transport, auth, and deployment filters:

```json
{
  "query": "Sprocket Orbit",
  "limit": 5
}
```

Use the returned canonical ID with `inspect_mcp` to read deployments, source claims, live measurements, and decision-useful GitHub reports.

Prefer HTTP? Search the same canonical index directly:

```bash
curl --get 'https://api.askpod.ai/v1/mcps' \
  --data-urlencode 'query=Sprocket Orbit' \
  --data-urlencode 'limit=5'
```

This listing is also available as [Markdown](/mcp/sprocket-orbit.md) and structured [JSON](/mcp/sprocket-orbit.json) for download or programmatic use. Prefer JSON when you need fields rather than prose.
