### MCP `check_issue` doesn't return `friendly_labels`/`welcoming`

## Problem

PR #19 added `friendly_labels` and `welcoming` to the MCP `scan_repo` and `discover_candidates` tools, but `check_issue` still returns only verdict + reasons + findings. An agent calling `check_issue` on a single issue can't see the first-time-friendly markers without also calling `scan_repo`.

## Expected behavior

`check_issue` should include top-level `friendly_labels` (list) and `welcoming` (dict) fields, computed from the issue's findings the same way `scan_repo` does.

### MCP registry entry installs taken-gh without the [mcp] extra

## What happened

The published MCP registry entry for io.github.RogueAlg0/taken (0.7.2, latest) declares its PyPI package as plain `taken-gh` with no extra (see `packages` in server.json). An MCP client installing from the registry therefore gets a `taken-mcp` that exits immediately asking for the MCP SDK (see #170).

## Suggested fix

Declare the extra in server.json, e.g. `"identifier": "taken-gh[mcp]"`, so registry installs produce a working server. The publish-registry workflow syncs…

### Homebrew formula installs taken without the [mcp] extra, leaving taken-mcp broken

## What happened

Formula/taken.rb in homebrew-taken-tap declares only the `tqdm` resource and runs `virtualenv_install_with_resources`, so a Homebrew-installed `taken-mcp` fails at startup asking for the `[mcp]` extra.

## Suggested fix

Add the `mcp` package (and its dependencies) as formula resources, or document that Homebrew users needing the MCP server should install it via `pip install "taken-gh[mcp]"` separately.

### .deb ships a non-functional taken-mcp with no offline way to add the [mcp] extra

## What happened

The .deb's postinst creates a venv and runs `pip install --no-index --find-links=/usr/share/taken/wheels taken-gh` (publish.yml, build-deb job), vendoring only the `tqdm` wheel. It then symlinks `/usr/bin/taken-mcp`. Since the `[mcp]` extra is not installed, `taken-mcp` exits immediately asking for the extra, which the offline `--no-index` install cannot satisfy.

### taken-mcp is installed but non-functional without the [mcp] extra

## What happened

Dogfooding the MCP server: running `taken-mcp` from a plain `pip install taken-gh` environment exits immediately with `taken-mcp needs the MCP SDK, which is an optional dependency: install it with pip install "taken-gh[mcp]"`. The console script is installed but non-functional until the extra is added.

## Why it matters

A user following the README to try the MCP server hits a dead end on first run. The guidance message is accurate, but the failure mode is avoidable.
