# Tally Workout MCP Server

Tally is a free strength-training log for iPhone. This connector lets Claude read your training and plan your next workouts in the app.

What Claude can do:
- Read your upcoming plan and your recent training.
- Read your completed workouts, set by set.
- Find exercises in your own history and in the Tally exercise library.
- Plan one day or a range of days. The workouts appear in the Tally app, ready to log at the gym.
- Delete a planned day.

Claude does not change a workout day that you built in the app, unless you tell it to.

How to connect:
Sign in with your Tally account when you add the connector. Claude sees only your own data. You can disconnect at any time.

You need the Tally app (free on the App Store) and a Tally account.

## Status

### Why the tool list is not verified

Tally Workout refuses an anonymous `tools/list`, which is the correct thing for a server holding real user data to do. Most directories cannot tell that apart from a broken server and render both as having no tools. It is not broken — it is gated, and it answered us to say so.
