# TankBud MCP Server
TankBud is an aquarium logbook with a public species and plant catalog. Connected to your account, the assistant works in every workspace you belong to. It lists your tanks and shows each one's dashboard: the guidance profile, health from the latest water test and the stocking band. The dashboard also lists every animal and plant with its water fit, the equipment, the materials and what is due. It logs and corrects water tests, and adds fish, invertebrates and plants linked to their catalog entries. It adds equipment and materials, creates and completes reminders, and keeps the tank log. It plans a tank before you buy it, with a stocking estimate. For a business workspace it manages clients and service reports and reads invoices. It can archive a record after you confirm, and it never deletes anything or touches an invoice. The public catalog comes along too. Search species and plants, read care ranges, check tank mates by TankBud's rules, run the stocking calculator and look up glossary terms. Every answer links the TankBud page it came from.

### Why the tool list is not verified
TankBud refuses an anonymous `tools/list`, which is the correct thing for a server holding real user data to do. Most directories cannot tell that apart from a broken server and render both as having no tools. It is not broken — it is gated, and it answered us to say so.
