`src/knowledge/data/meta.json` records the knowledge layer's provenance
honestly, which is what made this easy to check:

### [P2] Creative RAG: opt-in LanceDB backend (TDMCP_RAG_BACKEND=lancedb)

Today: in-memory cosine over JSONL. Add an opt-in LanceDB backend behind `TDMCP_RAG_BACKEND=lancedb`, declared as an optional peerDependency so the default install stays zero-native-deps; fall back to JSONL when unavailable.

### [P2] Creative RAG: SourceSkippedError — distinguish 'no key' vs 'empty source'

`sync` currently treats a source returning zero cards the same as a source skipped for missing credentials. That risks tombstoning real cards when a key-gated source is misconfigured. Introduce a typed `SourceSkippedError` and keep the existing index untouched when a source is skipped.

### [P1] Creative RAG: add keyless source — Wikimedia Commons

Live sources on main: `artic`, `rijksmuseum`, `met`, `cleveland`. Wikimedia Commons is a high-value keyless source — wire it under `src/creativeRag/sources/` and add a probe-live test.

### [P1] Creative RAG: embedding batching (TDMCP_RAG_EMBED_BATCH, default 64)

Today `tdmcp creative-rag index` calls Ollama `/api/embed` one card at a time. For larger libraries this dominates wall time. Add `TDMCP_RAG_EMBED_BATCH` (default 64), send arrays to Ollama, and degrade gracefully when the model rejects batches.

### [P3] Creative RAG: 'tdmcp doctor' coverage (Ollama up, model pulled, dir writable)

Today `tdmcp doctor` doesn't know about Creative RAG. Add probes: Ollama reachable at `TDMCP_RAG_OLLAMA_URL`, embedding model pulled, `TDMCP_RAG_DATA_DIR` writable. Surface in `--json` output too.

### [P3] Creative RAG: opt-in tool 'apply_creative_card' routing tdmcpAffordances

Close the inspiration→execution loop with an opt-in MCP tool that takes a card id, reads `tdmcpAffordances` from its frontmatter, and routes to the appropriate Layer 1/2 tool. Opt-in to keep the safety surface small.

### [P2] Creative RAG: configurable multilingual embedding model (bge-m3)

`nomic-embed-text` is english-leaning. Make the model fully configurable via `TDMCP_RAG_EMBED_MODEL` (already env-driven) and document `bge-m3` (or comparable multilingual) as the recommended choice for pt/es/etc. libraries. Add a CI smoke that swaps the model.
