# MCP Servers with a list_incidents tool

Every MCP server Pod knows of that exposes a list_incidents tool.

8 servers, ordered by decision readiness and adoption — GitHub stars and npm downloads where available, then reported issue volume. Pod has connected to 6 of them; the rest are publisher-reported and unverified.

## [AlertKick](/mcp/alertkick)

AlertKick is an infrastructure monitoring and security platform for websites, servers, containers, and endpoints. This connector gives Claude direct access to your AlertKick workspace so you can ask questions and take action in natural language instead of switching to the dashboard.

Key capabilities:
- Servers: list monitored servers and hosts, check status/uptime/OS info, and inspect running Docker containers
- Alerts: list, view, acknowledge, and resolve alerts
- Security events: review eBPF-based security detections and aggregate statistics
- Monitors: create and manage HTTP/API, DNS, TCP, and domain-expiry uptime monitors, including TLS certificate expiry checks; pause, resume, or delete monitors
- Heartbeats: create and manage heartbeat checks for cron jobs and scheduled tasks, including enabling/disabling and deleting
- Incidents: list and review incident details and timelines
- Change management: create, approve, start, complete, and verify change requests, including opening and closing maintenance windows on target servers

The hosted connector at https://mcp.alertkick.com/mcp uses OAuth 2.1 (PKCE, dynamic client registration, RFC 8414/9728 discovery) to connect to your AlertKick workspace - no API keys required. A local stdio binary is also available for self-managed API-key based setups.

## [Friday4:30](/mcp/friday4-30)

What Friday4:30 Does

Friday4:30 gives food and drink businesses one place to run a product safety event, from the first weak signal to the closing report.

Working directly in your workspace
With this connector, Claude can:

• Declare an incident and seed its response tasks
• Log and triage consumer complaints
• Raise an awareness for a signal that isn't yet confirmed
• Pull your product and supplier registers to scope a recall
• Check the readiness score and what's dragging it down
• Read the daily morning briefing, including matched external recall alerts

Reaching the wider record
Beyond the named tools, a capability catalogue exposes the rest of the workspace (risk register, batches and shipments for traceability, Sedex audit findings, incident costs, drills, response meetings, comms templates, and the activity audit trail) so Claude can answer questions across the whole record.

Access and trust
Every call acts as the signed-in user and is bound by that user's role and organisation, so Claude sees exactly what the person sees and nothing more. Workspace text written by outside parties (consumer complaints, imported tickets, news feeds) is fenced as untrusted data rather than instructions.

## [Kastra](/mcp/kastra)

Kastra is an AI authorization platform that evaluates your AI agents’ actions against your policies and maintains a tamper-evident audit trail. This connector gives Claude read-only access to your Kastra account, allowing you to ask questions about your governance posture in plain language instead of navigating the console.

After you authorize the connector through a Kastra OAuth consent screen and select an environment, Claude can read—but never modify—the following:

• Decisions and their outcomes (allow, deny, and hold)
• Policies, environments, and per-rule statistics
• Incidents and HOLD approval checkpoints
• Audit-chain verification results and governance audit logs
• Activity statistics and trends
• Onboarding governance preferences and masked API key metadata

Access is limited to your tenant and the specific environment you select during authorization. The connector cannot write data, modify settings, access other tenants, or expose raw prompt content or plaintext API keys. You can revoke access at any time through your connector settings.

13 tools reported — Live, but requires authorization before it will list tools. Publisher lists 13 tools.

## [Norrsent - Agentic Risk Management & GRC](/mcp/norrsent-agentic-risk-management-grc)

Norrsent MCP connects Claude to your enterprise risk management (ERM) and GRC workspace on Norrsent. Query and analyze your risk register, controls and their effectiveness, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), mitigations, active threats, governance policies, incidents, your organizational hierarchy, and the aggregated risk matrix and update a risk or report an incident that are all bounded by your own role-based permissions and recorded in an access audit log.

## [Decube](/mcp/decube)

Decube MCP Server gives AI assistants direct, live access to governed context about your data, turning confident guesses into confidently right answers.
Instead of asking a separate dashboard, teams query trusted context directly inside the tools they already use:

Data Analysts can check whether a table is current, complete, or duplicated before reporting on it, and pull governed metric definitions on demand.
Data Engineers can trace real upstream to downstream lineage before a schema change, find ownership gaps, write context back into Decube, and run automated checks in the CI pipeline via a pre-push git hook.
Data Governance teams can run PII sweeps, check regulation compliance readiness (APRA, DORA, and similar regimes), and confirm every sensitive asset has an accountable owner, all without waiting on a manual audit cycle.

## [PagerDuty](/mcp/pagerduty)

Manage incidents, create services, schedule overrides, and track on-call rotations with your PagerDuty account

64 tools reported — Did not respond when Pod last checked.

## [Beaam](/mcp/beaam)

Beaam keeps watch over the services behind your product and brings forward only what needs attention. Use the connector to inspect current health, review monitoring coverage, investigate incidents and likely causes, manage watchlists and alert rules, and test notification delivery. Calls are scoped to the connected Beaam organization. Read-only and destructive actions are annotated independently so Claude can ask for confirmation when appropriate.

Beaam supports Cloudflare, Vercel, Netlify, Supabase, Neon, MongoDB Atlas, Sentry, Stripe, Polar, Resend, DigitalOcean, Hostinger, HTTP endpoints, and MCP servers. It can also connect providers, schedule maintenance, route notifications, and help apply a monitoring plan generated from a project.

Every tool uses the same capability layer as the Beaam web app and API, under row-level security scoped to the signed-in organization. Billing, subscription changes, API-key issuance, and organization administration are deliberately not exposed.

## For agents

This page has a [Markdown](/mcp/tool/list-incidents.md) and a [JSON](/mcp/tool/list-incidents.json) twin. Pod is also queryable over MCP at `https://api.askpod.ai/mcp/read`.
