# MCP Servers with a list_lists tool

Every MCP server Pod knows of that exposes a list_lists tool.

10 servers, ordered by decision readiness and adoption — GitHub stars and npm downloads where available, then reported issue volume. Pod has connected to 9 of them; the rest are publisher-reported and unverified.

## [Intellist](/mcp/intellist)

Intellist is an iPhone home inventory that uses NFC tags on bins, shelves, and rooms. Connect it to Claude to find where you stored something, see what's in any bin, log new items, and check off shopping or packing lists, including lists shared with your family. Changes sync to the Intellist app. The connector can't permanently delete anything.

Try: "Where are the Christmas lights?" · "What's in the garage bins?" · "Add the camping stove to Bin 4."

Turn scattered CRM data into usable context for research, planning, follow-ups, and customer-facing work.

## [Orchetta](/mcp/orchetta)

Orchetta is where a team manages its customer journeys: what breaks at each step, what is being done about it, who owns it, and whether the numbers moved. A journey is stages and steps; each step carries cards for the needs, pain points, opportunities, solutions, goals and metrics found there, and every card can point back to the research that raised it.

Connected to Claude, that work is something you can ask about and act on in conversation.

Ask: which journeys are in the workspace, where a given journey breaks, what is unmet, unaddressed or high priority, what each metric's latest reading is against its target, and who owns what.

Decide: set a card's priority, status, scores and assignee, link a pain point to the solution that answers it, put the solutions worth showing the board in a list, and label work by the profile, product or brand it belongs to.

Keep the map current: add a journey as a new one is found, add steps as the experience changes, and file the needs and pain points research turns up against the step they belong to. Documents and images in the file library are readable, so an interview write-up can be filed straight onto the map.

Report: read a report, then rewrite, insert, move or remove its sections. Reports export to Word and PDF from the app.

The connector acts as you, with the access your membership has, across every workspace you belong to. It calls no AI model of its own and spends none of your AI credits. Requires an Orchetta account; the 7-day trial needs no card.

## [pensieve-notes](/mcp/pensieve-notes)

Pensieve is a free notes app with reminders. This connector lets Claude work with your own Pensieve account right from the chat:

- Save notes: capture ideas, to-dos and information as free-form text notes.
- Search and read: find anything you wrote down, by text, list, favorites or reminders.
- Organize: create, rename and recolor lists, move notes between lists and mark favorites.
- Reminders: set one-time or recurring reminders (daily, weekly on chosen days, monthly) in your time zone, and snooze them.
- Clean up: edit or delete notes and lists (Claude confirms with you before deleting).

Sign in with your Pensieve account (e-mail and password or Google) via OAuth. Claude only accesses the account you authorize, and you can disconnect it anytime in My account > API > AIs (MCP). The Pensieve web and Windows apps are in Brazilian Portuguese.

## [SalesAutopilot](/mcp/salesautopilot)

SalesAutopilot is an email marketing and marketing automation platform. This MCP server gives your AI assistant secure, OAuth 2.0-authenticated access to your own SalesAutopilot account, so you can manage campaigns and subscriber data using natural language instead of clicking through the app.

Key capabilities:
Campaigns & reporting — list and analyze past campaigns, open/click rates, and performance over time.
Email content — create, update, and manage HTML email letters and templates.
Subscriber lists — create lists and custom fields, add and update subscribers, and manage list structure.
Segmentation — build and manage subscriber segments with detailed filter conditions.
Sends & automation — configure sends, schedule or trigger email deliveries, and set up automated actions tied to letter events or form submissions.
Forms & landing pages — create and manage signup forms, data-update forms, and landing pages, including e-commerce order forms.
Invoices & account data — look up billing history and shipping/payment method configuration.
Access is scoped strictly to the SalesAutopilot account the user connects — the AI assistant can never see or act on another customer's data. Irreversible actions (deletions, activating a live send) require the assistant to ask for explicit user confirmation before proceeding.

## [Sendly](/mcp/sendly)

Sendly is an email platform for product teams: a transactional sending API, campaigns, visual workflow automations, contacts with custom fields, lists, dynamic segments, topic preferences, suppressions, sending-domain setup and analytics. The Sendly connector lets Claude run that workspace from your own account - look up contacts and segments, explain how last week's emails performed, draft a campaign or template, build a multi-step onboarding workflow from a brief, check why mail from a domain is not landing, validate addresses, manage suppressions and topics, and, only when you explicitly confirm, send.

This connector sends real email. Sending is treated as the dangerous action it is. Every connection goes through OAuth with per-scope consent: read scopes are pre-selected, sending and destructive scopes are unchecked behind a warning, and a tool whose scope you did not grant is never offered. Sending a campaign is two-step - the first call returns the audience size and asks, and only a second call carrying an explicit confirmation sends. Test sends reach only your own verified address. Mail leaves only from domains you have verified, and every project has daily and monthly sending caps tied to its trust tier.

The connector sells nothing in-chat, generates no images, video or audio, and serves no ads. Address validation and list cleaning are metered features of your Sendly plan. Works on every Sendly plan; usage rides your plan's normal sending limits.

## [Superscout Platform](/mcp/superscout-platform)

Read and update your private Superscout profile, personas, scouting settings, investment preferences, lists, follows, and private organization records from Claude. Superscout OAuth limits every action to the connected account and its permitted workspace data.

29 tools reported — Live, but requires authorization before it will list tools. Publisher lists 29 tools.

## [ActiveCampaign](/mcp/activecampaign)

Connect ActiveCampaign to Claude for autonomous marketing at your fingertips. Get real-time marketing insights and then take action, instantly. With this secure connection, you can manage lists, tags, contacts, and automations just by chatting with Claude. Ask Claude to pull yesterday’s email performance, get a contact’s phone number, create a new tag, or start an automation. All of that and more, fueled by the ActiveCampaign MCP Server.
