# MCP Servers with a update_deal tool

Every MCP server Pod knows of that exposes a update_deal tool.

9 servers, ordered by decision readiness and adoption — GitHub stars and npm downloads where available, then reported issue volume. Pod has connected to 8 of them; the rest are publisher-reported and unverified.

## [Automo](/mcp/automo)

Automo is one workspace for making things and running the business around them: designs, documents, spreadsheets and video projects on one side; files, brand assets, knowledge base, mail, calendar, tasks, customers, support and campaigns on the other.

Connect it and you can work with all of it from a conversation. Ask what you have on a launch and get one answer across files, brand assets, knowledge base, chats, projects and contacts. Ask what was agreed on a call and get the transcript, then have the follow-up drafted and read back to you before anything sends.

Everything it makes is a real Automo project. Open it in the editor, hand it to a colleague, keep going.

Your workspace admin decides what it can reach. Permissions are set per workspace and apply to everyone already connected, so a permission can be withdrawn without anyone reconnecting. Anything that touches personal mail, customer records or confidential folders starts switched off. Every tool call is logged, and any person's access can be revoked on its own.

## [Bonsai](/mcp/bonsai)

Bonsai is where independent consultants and small service businesses run client work: CRM, deals, projects, tasks, time tracking, and invoices in one place.

The Bonsai MCP server connects your account to Claude. Ask where work stands, keep clients and projects current, and run the whole business from one conversation.

Key features:
- Ask about your business - Your tasks for today, where a deal stands, what's outstanding, or a project summary you can send a client.
- Keep your CRM current - Add contacts and companies, log activity, and move deals through your pipeline.
- Turn won work into a project - A closed deal becomes a project with tasks, owners, and due dates, ready to start.
- Track time and bill for it - Log hours against a project, then draft the invoice when the work is done.

## [Claap](/mcp/claap)

Most connectors hand Claude raw transcripts to wade through. Claap hands it answers.

Claap records your calls, syncs your emails and labels every customer signal into structured AI fields, so Claude reasons over your full sales context instead of a slice of it.

Ask what happened. "Summarise yesterday's demo with Contoso and list the next steps." Claude reads the AI summary, not the whole transcript.

Ask what is being said. Search every call semantically or by keyword, already labelled by pain point, objection, feature request and competitor mention.

Ask about the pipeline. Query deals, companies and contacts with their CRM fields, or pull a saved view (MEDDIC, SPICED, objection trackers) so the answer comes back in the shape your team already works in.

Ask across email too, so deal context is not limited to what was said out loud.

Then act on it. Create AI fields and views, update contacts, and move a deal's stage, amount or owner, written straight through to your connected HubSpot.

Because answers are read from Claap's structured fields rather than inferred from raw recordings, they come back sourced and consistent instead of re-derived on every run.

Works with the Claap workspace you already have. Every call is scoped to one workspace and to your own permissions, so Claude sees exactly what you see in Claap. Private spaces stay private.

## [K3X](/mcp/k3x)

K3X is an AI-native CRM built for small sales teams and owner-led businesses. This connector links Claude to one K3X workspace so you can work your pipeline without opening the CRM.

Ask for any company, person, or deal by name, email, or phone, and get the full record: owner, stage, custom fields, and recent activity. Create and update leads, contacts, and deals in plain language, one at a time or in bulk. Reassign owners, set custom fields, archive and restore records. Review, edit, activate, or pause your workspace's AI agents.

Every action runs as you, inside your role and the permissions you approve. The connector never sends email, SMS, or invites, and never runs an agent without your permission.

## [Translead CRM](/mcp/translead-crm)

This connector lets Claude work with your CRM data directly in a conversation, using exactly the permissions of the user who connected.

What you can do

- Find accounts, contacts, deals, activities, and files by keyword or field conditions, and pull up the activities linked to a specific account or deal.
- Create accounts, contacts, deals, and activities. When logging an activity, Claude can also add it to your connected Google or Outlook calendar and issue a Google Meet, Teams, or Zoom link.
- Update field values, links, and statuses on existing records, for example marking a planned activity as completed.
- Export matching accounts, contacts, deals, or activities to CSV and receive a temporary download link.
- Read saved aggregation and goal reports to get the latest numbers.
- Look up users, user groups, and field settings so Claude can fill in records correctly.

Typical requests

- "Summarize where we stand with Translead Inc, including open deals and the last three activities."
- "Log today's call with Jane Doe as a completed activity on the Northwind deal."
- "Export all deals expected to close this quarter as CSV."
- "What does the monthly sales report say for last month?"

How it works

Connect with your regular Translead CRM sign-in. Claude reads and writes only what you are allowed to see and change in Translead CRM; permissions on objects, fields, and CSV export are enforced on every request.

Requirements

AI assistant integration must be enabled for your Translead CRM tenant. Ask your administrator to request activation from Translead support. Setup instructions and FAQ are in the documentation link.

## [PrefMark](/mcp/prefmark)

PrefMark is a private workspace for early-stage investors. It turns a deal's materials into an investment memo with one clear stance (Greenlight, Watch or Pass), evidence you can trace, and the diligence questions that are still open.

With this connector, Claude can:
- Find a deal by name and read its stance, reasons, risks and facts, each with its evidence level.
- Tell you what changed since your last review and which questions are still open.
- Read the Investment Memo and its Quick Read.
- Add deals, save notes, and add or update diligence questions.
- Draft a rewrite of a memo section, or pass on an update from a founder.

Claude never changes your memo or your stance by itself. A rewrite or a new figure arrives in PrefMark as a suggested change, with the current text next to the new one, and nothing lands until you accept it in PrefMark. Changes to questions, notes and deal details can be undone in PrefMark.

PrefMark is in a private beta for invited investors. You need a PrefMark account to connect.
