# TribuJus MCP Server

O TribuJus conecta o Claude a um acervo de decisões judiciais brasileiras reais, indexadas e verificáveis. Nenhum resultado é gerado: toda decisão devolvida existe no acervo e vem com número do processo, órgão julgador, data e instrução de conferência na fonte oficial.

O acervo reúne milhões de decisões de tribunais superiores, federais, estaduais e do trabalho, com cobertura nacional em expansão contínua. A lista atualizada de tribunais e volumes está em tribujus.com.br/mcp.

Ferramentas:
- buscar_jurisprudencia: busca semântica por tese, com filtro por tribunal, área e órgão julgador. Decisões monocráticas são rotuladas para não serem citadas como acórdão de colegiado.
- jurimetria: estatística agregada por tese e tribunal (taxa de provimento, distribuição de resultados), com aviso metodológico e sem inflar probabilidade.
- meu_consumo: consulta o plano e a cota do próprio conector sem gastar busca.

O texto da pesquisa não é armazenado. Ficam registrados apenas volume de uso, tribunal e área consultados, para controle de cota.

### Why the tool list is not verified

TribuJus refuses an anonymous `tools/list`, which is the correct thing for a server holding real user data to do. Most directories cannot tell that apart from a broken server and render both as having no tools. It is not broken — it is gated, and it answered us to say so.
