miss: an unrequested full-document navigation is invisible to the driver — it reported a page-reloading form submit as "works correctly"

What happened

A full-document navigation that the driver did not ask for is invisible to it. The page reloads, every bit of in-page state is lost, and the driver reads the fresh document as if its last action had simply worked. In this run it reported a form submit that reloaded the page as "The newsletter signup works correctly."

The signal was captured. Nothing consumed it.

What to build

Bring this repo onto the agent-pipeline ci-only posture, so /merge-ci-only and /execute-prd-ci-only can actually reach a merge here. One PR plus one protection change, both scoped to this repo.

Filed here rather than in the plugin repo deliberately: the deliverable is a commit in this tree, so the executor produces a real, non-empty PR — it clears the pipeline's empty-diff blocker, which a zero-file PR filed elsewhere would not.

Unit test launches a real browser to assert on file contents, flaking CI on unrelated PRs

What

buildSession records the app address in story.md for a web run asserts only on the contents of a file, but building a web target constructs the real browser adapter — so a text assertion launches Chromium. That launch flakes under CI's parallel load and fails the whole suite on PRs that touch no code.

### Session workspace: human-readable ids, retention to the newest 5, JPEG frames lost from replay

Three things, one layer (`src/session/`).

### 1. `sessions/` grows forever
Every run leaves `story.md`, `findings.json`, the whole `logs/` trail, every screenshot and a `replay.mp4`. Nothing ever removed them — an afternoon of dogfooding is hundreds of MB of `tmp/`.

**Fix:** a starting run prunes `sessions/` to the newest 5 (itself included), before the browser launches. Fails loud (`WorkspaceError`), never touches `chrome-user-data/`.
