Voicenter is a cloud communications platform for contact centers and AI voice agents. This connector gives Claude live, authenticated access to your Voicenter account so you can design, deploy, and evaluate AI voice agents — and understand every call handled — without leaving the conversation.

Ship AI voice agents. Provision a complete voice or chat agent into your Voicenter account from a single definition: intents, intent relations and categories, system prompt, AI model configuration, silence handlers, and multi-language support. Iterate on an agent's design in Claude, then import it straight into the phone system that answers your customers.

Ask what actually happened on the call. Voicenter AI-indexes calls into labeled documents — primary topic, products mentioned, department, and any custom label your account defines. Claude can discover which labels exist, search across datasets, and pull matching documents over any time range, so "which calls mentioned pricing last week?" becomes a question you just ask.

Pull the underlying record. Fetch call detail records over any window up to 31 days, projecting exactly the fields you need — caller and target numbers, extensions, duration, ring time, dial status, campaign and queue IDs, recording URLs, and custom data.

Run the floor. List and filter accounts, users, extensions, queues, DIDs, IVRs, layers, and campaigns (regular, automatic, and IVR), then create, update, start, stop, or delete campaigns.

Seamless authentication with OAuth. Requires a Voicenter account with API access enabled.
