  プランだけに絞り込めます。
・simulate_cost: 月間使用量kWh、または現在の月額請求額からの逆算で、
  各プランの年間コストと現契約との差額を試算します。
・compare_plans: 2〜5プランを解約金・燃料費調整の方式・ポイント還元・セット割まで比較。
・get_switch_link: 申込ページへのリンクを発行します（電気・都市ガス・光回線・携帯・
  ホームルーターの5カテゴリに対応）。申込手続きは利用者ご本人がリンク先の各社サイトで
  行います。

■ できること（都市ガス・合算・2ツール）
・search_gas_plans: 供給区域と世帯人数または月間使用量m³から年間コスト試算つきで検索。
・simulate_energy_bundle: 電気とガスをまとめた合算年間コストを、
  大手同士（規制料金）の組み合わせと比較して提示します。

■ できること（光回線・4ツール）
・search_hikari_plans: 戸建て/マンション・スマホキャリア・回線数から、
  実質総額（月額＋事務手数料＋工事費−キャッシュバック）の安い順で検索。
・simulate_hikari_cost: 指定プランの実質総額を月ごとの内訳つきで試算。
・compare_hikari_plans: キャッシュバックの受取条件（申請方法・受取月・期限・必須オプション）・
  違約金・撤去費・工事費残債まで含めて比較。
・switch_hikari_cost: 現契約の解約費用を載せた「乗り換えた場合」と「継続した場合」を比較。

■ できること（モバイル・1ツール）
・search_mobile_plans: 月間データ量または無制限の条件から、携帯料金プランを
  税込・割引適用なしの無条件価格で比較します。家族割・セット割は、
  適用条件と割引額を本体価格と分けて開示します。

■ 試算エンジンについて
日本の電気料金は基本料金・3段階の従量料金・燃料費調整額・再エネ賦課金の合計で決まり、
供給エリアごとに料金構造そのものが異なります。エリア別の段階閾値（例: 北海道は
120/280kWh）、最低料金制（関西・中国15kWh、四国11kWh、沖縄10kWh）、燃料費調整の上限の
有無に対応し、年間試算は月別の季節係数による12ヶ月分の積み上げで行います。
都市ガスは使用量帯で基本料金と単価が切り替わる方式と毎月の原料費調整額に対応し、
各社公表の標準家庭（30m³）の発表額と1円単位で一致することを自動テストで検証しています。
光回線は月額では実際の負担が分からないため、事務手数料・工事費・キャッシュバックを
含む実質総額で比較し、キャッシュバックには受取条件を必ず併記します。

■ データソースと更新
料金データはすべて各社の公式サイトを一次情報とし、各数値に出典URLと確認日を
紐づけて管理しています。電気の燃料費調整単価とガスの原料費調整額は毎月、
再エネ賦課金は年度ごとに更新し、更新漏れを検知する鮮度チェックを自動実行しています。

■ 収益と中立性について
ワットクは、申込リンク経由で切替が成立した場合に電力会社等から成果報酬を受け取ることが
あるアフィリエイトプログラムに参加しています。検索・試算・比較の結果は、料金データから
計算した年間コストの安い順にのみ並びます。成果報酬の有無や金額が並び順や推奨に影響する
ことはなく、報酬対象外のプラン（大手電力の規制料金プラン等）も同じ基準で表示・推奨され、
切替で得にならない場合は現契約の維持をそのまま伝えます。申込リンクを発行するツールの
応答には、アフィリエイトリンクである可能性を毎回明示しています。
