# WorkflowMAX MCP Server

WorkflowMAX is job and practice management software for professional services firms – accountants, architects, engineers, consultants and creative agencies. This connector lets Claude read from and act on your WorkflowMAX organisation directly.
With it connected, you can ask Claude to:
- Look up jobs, clients and suppliers, and check job financials at a glance
- Create and manage jobs, tasks and costs, and assign staff
- Draft, issue and accept quotes, and manage quote line items
- Create and approve invoices against jobs

Instead of clicking through screens, you describe what you need in plain language – "show me every open job for this client and what's been invoiced" or "create a draft quote for the new engagement" – and Claude handles the lookup or the action, then summarises the result.

Ideal for practice managers, project leads and finance teams who want faster reporting, less manual data entry and a natural-language layer over their day-to-day workflow.
