# Yampi MCP Server
Yampi es una plataforma proptech todo en uno construida para el mercado inmobiliario colombiano. Combina un CRM inmobiliario, bandeja de entrada multicanal (WhatsApp y otros canales), firma electrónica, tesorería/pagos, calendario y un asistente de IA (Livia) para equipos comerciales, de servicio y administrativos de inmobiliarias.
Este conector MCP permite consultar el inventario y la operación de la inmobiliaria directamente desde Claude:
- Buscar propiedades del inventario por ciudad, zona, tipo, habitaciones y rango de precio (para arriendo o venta), y obtener el detalle completo de una propiedad específica.
- Consultar las ubicaciones (ciudades y zonas) disponibles en el inventario.
- Ver las próximas visitas agendadas y las captaciones (leads de propietarios) sin asignar.
- Generar reportes operativos y comerciales: desempeño de agentes, asignación de conversaciones, desempeño de bots, calendario, captaciones, desempeño por canal, conversaciones y tráfico de conversaciones, desempeño de bandejas, desempeño por etiqueta, métricas de conversación en vivo, oportunidades de venta, compartidos de propiedades, requerimientos y desempeño de equipo.
Ideal para inmobiliarias y equipos que quieren responder más rápido a los leads, dar seguimiento al pipeline de ventas y monitorear el desempeño del equipo y del inventario sin salir de Claude.

### Why the tool list is not verified
Yampi refuses an anonymous `tools/list`, which is the correct thing for a server holding real user data to do. Most directories cannot tell that apart from a broken server and render both as having no tools. It is not broken — it is gated, and it answered us to say so.
