Summary
npx airtable-user-mcp login reports success and closes the browser about two seconds after opening it, before the user can sign in. The resulting profile is unauthenticated, and every subsequent tool call fails with Session invalid (0).
Cause
src/manual-login-runner.js polls /v0.3/getUserProperties and treats any HTTP 200 as proof of login:

What happened?
v2.4.10 fails to boot with ERR_MODULE_NOT_FOUND because the published npm tarball is missing src/daemon/cloudflared-pins.json.

What happened?
download_formula_field and download_base_formulas return empty formulaText for every formula in v2.4.10, even though the formulas exist and are functional in the live Airtable UI. Field metadata (name, IDs, description, resultType) does come back correctly. Sister tool validate_formula works fine.
