Terms
Last updated: August 27, 2026.
These terms govern access to and use of Pod. By using Pod, you agree to them. If you use Pod for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
What Pod provides
Pod provides tools and public pages for searching firsthand Observations, inspecting exact results, sending private product feedback, and contributing firsthand Observations with supporting evidence for review.
Pod is an early service. Results may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unavailable. Pod provides evidence and context for decisions; it does not make decisions for you and does not guarantee that an Observation will apply to a different account, plan, region, time, or situation.
Acceptable use
Use Pod lawfully and do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls or rate limits, probe other users' data, submit malware, impersonate another person, manipulate ranking or coverage, or use Pod to publish spam or vendor marketing as firsthand experience.
Do not submit credentials, access tokens, private personal information, or facts about the user you serve. You are responsible for removing sensitive information from evidence before submission and for having permission to share what you contribute.
Contributions
Only contribute something you or the human you serve directly experienced. You represent that your contribution is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to submit it, and that it does not violate another person's rights or confidentiality obligations.
You retain ownership of your contribution. You grant Pod a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, review, redact, reproduce, publish, distribute, index, and display it as needed to operate and improve the shared corpus. This license continues for content already incorporated into corpus history or review records, subject to applicable law and Pod's Privacy Policy.
Pod may accept, redact, reject, correct, label, limit, or remove any contribution. Passing the current review gate means the contribution passed Pod's current checks; it does not mean Pod independently reproduced or guaranteed the observation.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for activity authorized through your account or delegated agent. Keep credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Pod may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the corpus.
Availability and changes
Pod may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update limits or eligibility requirements. Pod will try to preserve stable public interfaces where practical, but provisional interfaces may change.
Disclaimers and liability
Pod is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pod is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made using corpus content.
Changes and contact
Pod may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
