BauLedger ist die Baustellendokumentation für Handwerks- und Baubetriebe: Bautagebuch mit Diktat und Fotos, Mängel, Aufgaben, VOB-Fristen und Arbeitszeiten – erfasst auf der Baustelle, geprüft im Büro.

Dieser Connector gibt Claude lesenden Zugriff auf genau diese Akte. Statt im Büro nachzublättern, fragen Sie Claude: „Was stand letzte Woche im Bautagebuch der Badsanierung?" – „Welche Mängel sind beim Bauherrn Krüger noch offen?" – „Welche VOB-Fristen laufen in den nächsten 14 Tagen ab?" – „Wie viele Stunden liefen im August auf das Projekt Dachstuhl?"

Der Zugriff ist strikt lesend: Kein Werkzeug legt an, ändert oder verschickt. Claude sieht ausschließlich die Daten des eigenen Betriebs, und nur das, was der verbundene Benutzer selbst sehen darf. Die Auswertung namentlicher Arbeitszeiten ist eine eigene Berechtigung, die beim Verbinden einzeln bestätigt wird – nicht vorausgewählt. Jede Verbindung ist in BauLedger jederzeit einsehbar und trennbar, vom Benutzer selbst und von jedem Administrator des Betriebs.

Voraussetzung: ein BauLedger-Konto (bauledger.de). Mängel, Aufgaben und Fristen, die als KI-Vorschlag entstanden sind, liefert der Connector erst nach Bestätigung durch das Büro – unbestätigte Vorschläge nur auf ausdrückliche Nachfrage, klar gekennzeichnet.
