One sourced, read-dated record for every listed company on eleven national markets — Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Switzerland, Australia, Singapore, Japan, South Korea — served from the issuer's own jurisdiction and callable by any AI agent over the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Five read-only tools. resolve_issuer finds a company by ticker, ISIN or LEI. get_record returns the full Capital Markets Record with a source URL and reader on every field. list_events_since returns dated, linked disclosure events. list_aliases returns sourced trade and former names. list_nodes shows which markets are live, their record and event counts and drop dates.

Public-record data only. No prices, no quotes, no licensed data. No sign-in, no user data stored, nothing written. Built for agents acting for licensed market participants with a Know Your Product obligation: the fact comes back with where it came from.
