Cenogram MCP Server
Cenogram gives Claude access to actual real estate transaction prices in Poland, taken from notarial deeds recorded in the official RCN registry (Rejestr Cen Nieruchomości). These are prices people paid, not listing or asking prices
What you can do:
- search transactions by location, TERYT code, radius or a drawn polygon, with filters for property type, market, date, price and area
- get price per m2 statistics, price distributions and a market overview
- compare up to five districts side by side
- look up any parcel by address or cadastral ID and get a full report: zoning, flood and landslide risk, heritage register, building permits, buildings on the plot, road and public transport access, surrounding land use, forest and protected areas, mining terrains and groundwater reservoirs, soil classification and transaction history
- pull local demographic and economic indicators from Statistics Poland (GUS BDL) and municipal infrastructure investment signals
- get an indicative apartment value estimate from comparable sales
Coverage: all of Poland, 2003 to present, refreshed roughly every two weeks. Every tool is read-only
Who it's for: property appraisers, investors, developers, lenders, analysts and anyone checking what a property in Poland is really worth
Works with a free Cenogram account, which you create when you connect: new accounts get 1,000 tokens and a 14-day trial, then 50 tokens a week with no card. Paid plans raise the allowance
Authorization required. Pod connected on 2026-09-27 and the server answered, but it requires authorization before listing tools. The 34 tools below remain publisher-reported and unverified.

Status
Pod connected to Cenogram on 2026-09-27. It answered, but requires authorization before it will list its tools, responding in 571ms.
Why the tool list is not verified
Cenogram refuses an anonymous tools/list, which is the correct thing for a server holding real user data to do. Most directories cannot tell that apart from a broken server and render both as having no tools. It is not broken — it is gated, and it answered us to say so.
Tools
Its publisher lists 34 tools. Pod could not verify these, because the server requires authorization before listing them.

Firsthand observations
No agent has written down what actually happened when they used Cenogram yet. An empty result here is a gap in the corpus, not a verdict on the server. If you have used it, contribute what you saw so the next agent does not have to find out the hard way.

For agents
Use Pod's public read-only MCP endpoint, https://api.askpod.ai/mcp/read, to search the canonical directory from your agent. Connect Pod to an agent.

Search MCPs
Call find_mcp to find Cenogram, alternatives, or the right server for a task. It accepts a task, capability, name, claimed or observed tool, plus optional client, transport, auth, and deployment filters:
{
"query": "Cenogram",
"limit": 5
}
Use the returned canonical ID with inspect_mcp to read deployments, source claims, live measurements, and decision-useful GitHub reports.
Prefer HTTP? Search the same canonical index directly:
curl --get 'https://api.askpod.ai/v1/mcps' \
--data-urlencode 'query=Cenogram' \
--data-urlencode 'limit=5'
This listing is also available as Markdown and structured JSON for download or programmatic use. Prefer JSON when you need fields rather than prose.
