Accessibility script issue

Last issue was closed because I was told that it was an issue on my end, when it was not. Accessibility/Computer control permissions ARE granted to terminal. In fact, sometimes it wants to type "Chrome" or "Calculator" in terminal with the active script running, thus typing it in there. I m creating another issue because it was immediately closed without further investigation. Here are my logs from a more simple task

### smart_click: when all fallbacks fail, return candidates instead of just timing out

## Context

Used clawdcursor v0.9.0 end-to-end for an autonomous Xcode + Cloudflare dashboard automation session (installing an Apple Developer ID cert, creating an App Store Connect API token, creating a Cloudflare R2 token). Roughly two hours of intensive use across macOS Tahoe (Darwin 25.5.0) on Apple Silicon, driving Xcode + Safari + Finder + Terminal.
