cs-mcp 1.3.3 requires https
I have an on-prem Docker installation of Codescene 7.5.0 paid monthly.
Every month on the renewal date, Claude is unable to use cs-mcp, because it complains of an expired token and it takes me and Claude Code several hours to figure out what is wrong that month (first month it was a cached token in ~/Library/Application Support/codehealth-mcp/config.json; second month it required cs update and a new codescene docker image, in addition to a new PAT).

pre_commit_code_health_safeguard can't handle spaces in /mnt/c/ paths
Steps to reproduce
- Use Claude Code on WSL2
- Configure a project on a Windows path (/mnt/c/...)
- Make sure the project contains code inside a folder with spaces (e.g.
/My Folder/File.cs) - Ask Claude to run

### Add a configuration to disable specific tools, saving token costs and context for users
In my personal workflow, I've only ever needed 2 or 3 tools from the CodeScene MCP.
Unused tools means wasted tokens, which translates to context bloat and unnecessary costs for users.
The ability to disable unwanted tools would be a very welcome quality of life feature.
[Serena](https://github.com/oraios/serena) is an example of an MCP that allows this.

### Add a Claude Code marketplace + plugin
Installing or updating the CodeScene MCP requires manual handling.
Claude Code supports marketplaces and plugins which can be set to auto-update on session launch. Since I've started using plugins, the user experience is noticeably worse when using any MCP that does not have an official plugin.
If CodeScene had a marketplace and plugin for Claude Code, this would make interactions with the MCP a lot smoother and streamlined.
