Compass Gym MCP Server

Explore your Compass Gym workout history, logged sets, exercise library, and training trends through five read-only tools limited to your account. Find exercises, inspect recent workouts set by set, and compare progress over time. Training summaries and exercise progression require an existing Compass Gym Pro entitlement. Eligible legacy Free cloud accounts can read their most recent 30 days; device-only workout history is unavailable to this connector. Recorded body weight is excluded unless you explicitly request it. Workout, exercise, and set notes, templates, linked resources, and account identifiers are not returned. The connector cannot create, edit, or delete workouts or templates. Sign in to your Compass Gym account and approve the read-only connection; revoke it at any time in Compass Gym Settings → Connected apps.
