DataTools Pro MCP Server

DataTools Pro is the workspace where your organization defines metrics, KPIs, and goals and ties them to the analytics that already live in Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, Snowflake, and other tools.

With this connector, Claude can search and read your Metrics Glossary, look up a definition by id, check whether a name already exists, and work with initiatives (goals) in the same workspace you use in the DataTools Pro app. Reads are scoped to the organization you pick at sign-in. Creating or updating metrics or initiatives requires extra consent; Claude cannot delete or merge records.

You authorize access on DataTools Pro's own consent screen and sign in with your work email code. The assistant never receives database credentials. Workspace isolation is enforced in the product, not only in the UI.

Why the tool list is not verified

DataTools Pro refuses an anonymous tools/list, which is the correct thing for a server holding real user data to do. Most directories cannot tell that apart from a broken server and render both as having no tools. It is not broken — it is gated, and it answered us to say so.
