[Feature]: Upgrade to MCP 2.0 and support the 2026-07-28 stateless protocol

Background / Motivation

The MCP specification release candidate 2026-07-28 (past its scheduled date) is the largest revision of the protocol since launch and makes MCP stateless (RC announcement):

[Feature]: Add kind-based end-to-end (e2e) integration tests

Background / Motivation

The current CI workflow (.github/workflows/ci.yml) covers unit tests, lint, security scan, NOTICE validation, and a wheel build — but all of that runs in a plain Python environment. There is no end-to-end verification that dolphin-mcp-pilot actually talks to a real DolphinScheduler over MCP in a realistic deployment shape.

[Feature]: Publish Docker image to GitHub Container Registry (ghcr.io)

Background / Motivation

The project already has a Dockerfile and docker-compose.yml for local use, but there is no official Docker image published anywhere. Users must build from source, which raises the onboarding cost and makes integration with CI/CD, Kubernetes deployments, and AI agent MCP server catalogs (e.g. OpenClaw, Hermes) harder than it needs to be.
