Orders & refunds: Look up orders, reassign tickets between attendees, and handle the full refund workflow — preview, approve, or reject refund requests directly in conversation.
Attendees & check-in: Search attendees, retrieve ticket PDFs, and check in attendees or individual order items in real time on event day.
Reporting & insights: Ask questions in plain language and get answers from live data — revenue summaries, sales by day or ticket type, payout and fee breakdowns, check-in rates, promo code performance, abandoned carts, transfers, and refunds.
Automation: Manage webhook subscriptions to connect Eventrise events to your other tools.
