FMP API KEY impossible to set

hello,

thank for this formidable work!

i went to smithery fellowed the link then created app in Settings>Apps by providing mcp server with blank oAuth fields. impossible to connect as chatgpt tells missing FMP_API_TOKEN

put FMP_API_TOKEN as env variable...didnt helped.....

the main branch requires session based config for access token

I just pulled main and ran it, and my clients could no longer connect getting 422 errors.

### Dynamic tool management not available in Smithery

### batch-quote endpoint incorrectly blocked for Ultimate plan users — MCP plan-gate false positive

Describe the bug
The batch-quote endpoint inside the quote tool returns an ACCESS DENIED error claiming the user is on a lower-tier plan, even when the account is on the Ultimate plan. The block occurs at the MCP layer before the request ever reaches the FMP API — it is a false positive in the plan-detection/gating logic.
To Reproduce

Configure the MCP server with a valid FMP Ultimate plan API key.
Call the quote tool with endpoint: "batch-quote" and symbols: ["AAPL", "MSFT", "NVDA"].

### unable to pull container from ghcr.io

docker run -p 8080:8080 -e FMP_ACCESS_TOKEN=xxxxxxx ghcr.io/imbenrabi/financial-modeling-prep-mcp-server:latest

results in:

docker: Error response from daemon: Head "https://ghcr.io/v2/imbenrabi/financial-modeling-prep-mcp-server/manifests/latest": denied

is this container still being hosted on ghcr.io or am I missing something here?  Is this public?
