Gorgias is the AI-powered customer experience platform for ecommerce brands. This connector gives your AI assistant secure, OAuth-based access to your Gorgias account so you can audit your setup, pull voice-of-customer insights, and take real helpdesk actions from chat.

What you can do:

Tickets: search and read tickets with full message history, reply to customers, post internal notes, update status and priority, and add tags. Macros and rules: find stale or duplicate macros, create and update macros, apply them to tickets, and manage automation rules. AI Agent: audit and tune your AI Agent — tone of voice, handover topics, support actions (including creating new ones from templates), channel enablement — and preview replies safely in test mode before going live. Knowledge: review, draft, and publish Help Center guidance that powers your AI Agent. Customers and team: look up customer profiles and review your agent roster. Insights: query your helpdesk data to surface contact-reason trends, frustration patterns, return reasons, and CSAT drivers.

How it works: sign in with your Gorgias credentials through the standard browser OAuth flow — no API keys to copy. All calls run against your own Gorgias account, as your Gorgias user. Have your Gorgias subdomain (the part before .gorgias.com) handy when you connect.
