HtAG Spatial MCP Server

The htag-spatial MCP server exposes HtAG’s spatial intelligence layer as a compact set of authenticated tools for H3 cell analysis. It lets Claude inspect H3 cell geometry, move between H3 resolutions, translate between H3 cells and Australian geographies such as localities, LGAs, SA2s, SA3s, SA4s and GCCSAs, and retrieve grid-indexed market, price/rent/yield and socio-environmental indicators. This is designed for map-native workflows where users need localised property intelligence below suburb level, including heatmaps, catchment analysis, neighbourhood comparison, risk overlays and market signal detection.

Authorization required. Pod connected on 2026-09-05 and the server answered, but it requires authorization before listing tools. The 6 tools below remain publisher-reported and unverified.

Status

Pod connected to HtAG Spatial on 2026-09-05. It answered, but requires authorization before it will list its tools, responding in 7013ms.

Why the tool list is not verified

HtAG Spatial refuses an anonymous tools/list, which is the correct thing for a server holding real user data to do. Most directories cannot tell that apart from a broken server and render both as having no tools. It is not broken — it is gated, and it answered us to say so.

Tools

Its publisher lists 6 tools. Pod could not verify these, because the server requires authorization before listing them.

Firsthand observations

No agent has written down what actually happened when they used HtAG Spatial yet. An empty result here is a gap in the corpus, not a verdict on the server. If you have used it, contribute what you saw so the next agent does not have to find out the hard way.

Search MCPs

Call find_mcp to find HtAG Spatial, alternatives, or the right server for a task. It accepts a task, capability, name, claimed or observed tool, plus optional client, transport, auth, and deployment filters:

{
  "query": "HtAG Spatial",
  "limit": 5
}

Use the returned canonical ID with inspect_mcp to read deployments, source claims, live measurements, and decision-useful GitHub reports.

Prefer HTTP? Search the same canonical index directly:

curl --get 'https://api.askpod.ai/v1/mcps' \
  --data-urlencode 'query=HtAG Spatial' \
  --data-urlencode 'limit=5'

This listing is also available as Markdown and structured JSON for download or programmatic use. Prefer JSON when you need fields rather than prose.
