InfoGrunt MCP Server

InfoGrunt.pl is a free Polish service that checks land parcels using public registers. This read-only connector lets Claude find a parcel by its cadastral ID, an address or coordinates, and return one report section at a time: land register (EGiB), local zoning plan (MPZP), zoning decisions (WZ), road access, utilities, flood hazard, protected areas, landslides, air quality and official transactions from the Polish Real Estate Price Register (RCN). Market tools return the published municipal price signal with sample size, period and confidence, and the national or regional RCN market pulse.

Every result carries the source status (e.g. success, verified_empty, partial, unavailable), the source date and a link to the full report on InfoGrunt.pl. Missing data is never presented as absence: an unavailable or partial source means the fact could not be confirmed at that moment. No account or API key is needed; the connector never changes data, buys anything or exposes owners, land-register entries or other personal data. It is a screening aid, not a legal opinion or valuation.
