Include 7-day cost trend data in dashboard response for sparkline visualization

What

The dashboard tool returns current cost totals but doesn't include historical trend data. Adding a 7-day daily breakdown would enable sparkline visualizations in agent-rendered UIs.

Show context window utilization in optimization recommendations

Add --json output flag for machine-readable scan results

What

The cost-leak-detector outputs Markdown-formatted results. For CI/CD integration, a --json flag that outputs raw JSON would be useful.

Add Mistral and Cohere model pricing to cost-leak-detector

What

The cost-leak-detector currently supports pricing data for OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google models. We should add pricing for Mistral and Cohere models.
