The OFF-X MCP brings Clarivate’s trusted OFF-X Translational Safety Intelligence directly into Claude, enabling natural language questions about drug and target safety. Users can quickly explore safety profiles, assess translational risks, investigate preclinical and clinical safety findings, evaluate class effects, compare drugs and targets, and access safety evidence from scientific publications, conferences, clinical trials registries, regulatory documents and company communications, all grounded in curated OFF-X content.

Why the tool list is not verified

OFF-X Safety Assistant refuses an anonymous tools/list, which is the correct thing for a server holding real user data to do. Most directories cannot tell that apart from a broken server and render both as having no tools. It is not broken — it is gated, and it answered us to say so.
