Documents: Browse every document folder as a flat, path-labelled list and create knowledge-base pages from Markdown or HTML.

Reports & analytics: Query engagement metrics and user counts over time, per-community statistics, performance reviews, and survey results. A built-in reporting guide walks Claude through multi-step report flows so summaries stay accurate.

Forms & surveys: List forms and surveys and read submissions, with answers resolved to human-readable values.
