With the Pheedback connector, you can create surveys and work with your results without leaving Claude:

Create pheedbacks by describing what you want to learn in plain language. Pheedback turns your goal into a conversational survey with sensible questions and follow-up logic. List your pheedbacks across your organizations to see what's active and find the one you need. List organizations you belong to, so you're always working in the right workspace. Get responses for any pheedback and bring them into Claude — where you can summarize them, pull out themes, compare answers, and turn raw feedback into a clear takeaway just by asking.

The analysis happens in the conversation. Because pheedbacks collect richer open-ended feedback than checkbox forms, and because you can interrogate the responses the way you'd interrogate any dataset — ask a question, get an answer, ask the next — you go from feedback to insight without switching tools or exporting anything.

Typical uses: customer and product feedback, employee and team pulse checks, event and post-purchase follow-ups, and user research.
