spending_by_category reports gross outflow, not net — refunds and credits are dropped

Summary

spending_by_category and spending_over_time filter splits to s.ZAMOUNT < 0, so refunds, returns, rebates, and merchant credits are excluded rather than offsetting the category they're coded to. The result is gross outflow rather than net spend, and there's currently no way to get the net view without dropping to raw_query.

I'd like to propose an opt-in net parameter, and I'm happy to send a PR if you're open to the idea.

The latest release (v1.5.0) has no assets attached. Across all releases, only two ever included the bundle:

### plugin install command reports "not found in any configured marketplace"

The current recommended install method of using `claude plugin install` fails with the below error on MacOS:

✘ Failed to install plugin "quicken-mac-mcp": Plugin "quicken-mac-mcp" not found in any configured marketplace


I attempted adding the repo as a marketplace with the below commands, but neither worked:

### Does writing to the DB work?

I'm just curious if you've done any tests to see if it is possible to write to the database?

The reason I ask is because Quicken is pretty bad at classifying transactions. 
It would be neat if we could integrate with the LLM to classify transactions more intelligently.

I've contacted Quicken about this a number of times. They really need to have a better rule-based matching system, for example, something like what Monarch does. Monarch allows matching of Amazon (and I think other vendors) char
