Sakneen MCP Server

Sakneen is a sales and property management platform for real estate developers. The Sakneen connector lets Claude read your organization's Sakneen data, so your team can ask about inventory, leads, reservations and sales performance in plain language instead of building reports.

What you can do:

How it works: Sign in with your Sakneen work account and confirm the organization you want to connect. Claude only sees that organization's data, and every request is checked against your current account and membership. The connector is read-only: it can look data up, but it can't create, change or delete anything in Sakneen. Collections that hold credentials, API keys, integration settings and activity logs are never exposed.

Why the tool list is not verified

Sakneen refuses an anonymous tools/list, which is the correct thing for a server holding real user data to do. Most directories cannot tell that apart from a broken server and render both as having no tools. It is not broken — it is gated, and it answered us to say so.
