Cannot install as DSH plugin via git — prepare builds from source but dist/ isn't committed
Problem
The DeepSeek Harness plugin market installs plugins via pnpm add github:sandbaseai/sandbase-harness. Your scripts/prepare-install.mjs checks for dist/index.js and dist/mcp/index.js; since dist/ is not committed, it falls through to npm run build (tsup runtime build + vite console build). In the market's git-install flow this prepare step fails: pnpm exits with code 1 quickly and the package never lands in package.json/lockfile.
