Most discussed

MCP check_issue doesn't return friendly_labels/welcoming

Problem

PR #19 added friendly_labels and welcoming to the MCP scan_repo and discover_candidates tools, but check_issue still returns only verdict + reasons + findings. An agent calling check_issue on a single issue can't see the first-time-friendly markers without also calling scan_repo.

Expected behavior

check_issue should include top-level friendly_labels (list) and welcoming (dict) fields, computed from the issue's findings the same way scan_repo does.
