TandemFit MCP Server

TandemFit is a strength and cardio training app. This connector lets Claude read your own TandemFit records so you can ask questions about your training in plain language.

What you can ask about:

Summaries of your recorded workouts and daily steps for a date range
A specific workout, including sets, reps, weights, and cardio laps
Your current personal records and PR history
Progress for one strength or cardio exercise over time
Your current program and scheduled training
Your saved workout templates
Logged meals, nutrition totals, and saved targets (only if you grant nutrition access)

How it works: sign in with your TandemFit account and choose what to share on the consent screen. Nutrition is off by default. The connector is read-only and cannot create, edit, or delete workouts, meals, templates, programs, or account settings. Dates are reported in UTC, and results use bounded date ranges and pages. Disconnect at any time in TandemFit under Settings > Connected AI apps.

Why the tool list is not verified

TandemFit refuses an anonymous tools/list, which is the correct thing for a server holding real user data to do. Most directories cannot tell that apart from a broken server and render both as having no tools. It is not broken — it is gated, and it answered us to say so.
