A TeamGuide reúne desempenho, experiência e desenvolvimento em um só lugar. Com este MCP, RH, lideranças e admins autorizados podem pedir análises e respostas com base nos dados reais da companhia, respeitando o login e as permissões de cada usuário. As ferramentas são somente leitura: o Claude consulta informações; não altera ciclos, respostas nem configurações.

Why the tool list is not verified
TeamGuide refuses an anonymous tools/list, which is the correct thing for a server holding real user data to do. Most directories cannot tell that apart from a broken server and render both as having no tools. It is not broken — it is gated, and it answered us to say so.
