What happened?

A tokensave_search call over MCP (stdio) never produced a response and the client gave up after its 30s deadline. The client's error carried tokensave's stderr tail, and the last line there was the previous call:

mcp call failed: no response within 30s: [tokensave] tool call: tokensave_read

MCP edit/read tools index files outside the served project under their absolute path

Version: 7.11.1, Linux.

What happens. A tokensave serve for project A, handed an absolute path to a file in another project B, indexes that file into A's graph under its absolute path. A's files table then carries /.../B/... rows, and A's tokensave_context / tokensave_largest answer with B's symbols.

Repro (verified):

1. git init + tokensave init in /tmp/ts-a (a.go) and /tmp/ts-b (b.go).

What happened?

Tokensave indexes Terraform/OpenTofu HCL configuration such as versions.tf (#497), but it skips .terraform.lock.hcl, the dependency lockfile both tools write under the same basename. tokensave sync reports the lockfile as an unsupported .hcl file, and tokensave_files does not return it.
