august

august builds digital twins of your users trained on your own data to think, decide, and respond the way each person actually would. This connector lets you interview your twins one-on-one, run full focus groups or send surveys to whole segments directly in Claude.

Pressure-test messaging, validate a positioning shift, or get a read on a launch in minutes instead of weeks. Built for product, marketing, and research teams who need user insight at the speed of the work.

Getting your twins ready No workspace yet? Just ask to "set me up on august" and Claude will create one on the spot (name it, pick your vertical, done). From there, connect your data and let august build twins from your user data.

Try these prompts first: "Ask a power user what almost made them cancel last month" "Run a focus group on our new onboarding flow and show me where the segments disagree" "Survey trial users on the one feature they went looking for and could not find" "Ask my support lead’s twin what is eating their week" "How would a skeptical new signup describe what we do after five minutes?"

Customerscore

Customerscore is a customer success platform that scores every customer’s health and churn risk from product usage, billing, and CRM data. This connector brings those insights directly into Claude conversations.

Once connected, Claude works with live data from your Customerscore account:

• Explore customers — search by name or email, filter cohorts by health score, churn risk, tags, owners, or any custom property, and pull full customer detail including notes and AI-generated summaries. • Analyze churn and revenue — monthly churn breakdowns, lost MRR, renewal pipeline, and historical scoring trends. • Review account-wide analytics — health distribution, MRR trend by health status, trending customers, and overall statistics. • Work with segments, tags, and alerts — list what’s configured, create new segments, and set up Smart Alerts straight from the conversation.

Ask questions like “Which of my customers are at the highest churn risk right now?”, “How much MRR did we lose to churn last quarter, month by month?”, or “Create a segment for enterprise customers whose health score dropped this month.”

The connector exposes 18 tools. Sixteen are read-only; the only two write tools — Create segment and Create alert — are strictly additive, so the connector can never edit or delete existing data.

Authorization uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE: you sign in with your regular Customerscore credentials and approve access once. Access tokens are short-lived and scoped to a single account, and removing the connector revokes access immediately. Any Customerscore user can connect their account; once connected, Claude acts with the access of the user who approved the connection.

Decile

Decile is the ecommerce customer intelligence and analytics platform for high-performing brands. Bring together your data from Shopify, Klaviyo, Recharge, Google, Meta, TikTok, and more with customer demographic and lifestyle enrichment. With Claude as your analyst on Decile data, you get answers on store performance, customer acquisition and retention, and product mix, including the questions you didn't know to ask. Go deeper than standard reporting on revenue, orders, units, AOV, and profit; product mix and affinity; customer LTV, cohorts, churn, and subscriptions. Run market basket analysis and sequential purchase flows, or compare your customers against US-population benchmarks. Generate bespoke personas and automatically assign new customers. Describe a customer cohort and get analyst-level insights on their profile, preferences, and recommendations on how to reach them. Save key customer segments for automated reporting and activation. Works with data from other major ecommerce platforms.

Flodesk

Flodesk is email marketing and audience management built for creators and small businesses. This connector lets you ask about your Flodesk account in plain language instead of clicking through reports, and act on your subscriber list without leaving the conversation.

On the reading side: overall open, click and unsubscribe rates across every campaign you've sent; a ranked view of individual emails by whichever metric you care about; engagement trends bucketed by day, week or month; and the send times your particular audience responds to. The same goes for your audience — list size and growth over time, how your segments compare, what rule a segment is built on, who received or opened a specific email, and the full profile of any individual subscriber. Signup form performance, automation workflow results and checkout revenue are covered too.

On the writing side, the connector can create a subscriber, add or remove someone from a static segment, update a subscriber's profile fields, unsubscribe a person who asked off the list, and save a filtered audience as a segment that keeps itself up to date. Each of those is a separate tool with its own annotations — nothing is bundled behind a generic "action" parameter — and the three that change or remove existing data are marked destructive, so Claude confirms before running them. Creating a subscriber is a find-or-create that never overwrites an existing record, and membership writes are idempotent.

Connect with the Flodesk account you already have, over OAuth. The connector reads and writes only your own Flodesk data, and calls only Flodesk's own APIs. No tool sends or schedules email.

OneSignal

The OneSignal MCP server gives AI agents direct access to OneSignal’s customer engagement platform. SalesAutopilot

SalesAutopilot is an email marketing and marketing automation platform. This MCP server gives your AI assistant secure, OAuth 2.0-authenticated access to your own SalesAutopilot account, so you can manage campaigns and subscriber data using natural language instead of clicking through the app.

Key capabilities: Campaigns & reporting — list and analyze past campaigns, open/click rates, and performance over time. Email content — create, update, and manage HTML email letters and templates. Subscriber lists — create lists and custom fields, add and update subscribers, and manage list structure. Segmentation — build and manage subscriber segments with detailed filter conditions. Sends & automation — configure sends, schedule or trigger email deliveries, and set up automated actions tied to letter events or form submissions. Forms & landing pages — create and manage signup forms, data-update forms, and landing pages, including e-commerce order forms. Invoices & account data — look up billing history and shipping/payment method configuration. Access is scoped strictly to the SalesAutopilot account the user connects — the AI assistant can never see or act on another customer's data. Irreversible actions (deletions, activating a live send) require the assistant to ask for explicit user confirmation before proceeding.

Sendly

Sendly is an email platform for product teams: a transactional sending API, campaigns, visual workflow automations, contacts with custom fields, lists, dynamic segments, topic preferences, suppressions, sending-domain setup and analytics. The Sendly connector lets Claude run that workspace from your own account - look up contacts and segments, explain how last week's emails performed, draft a campaign or template, build a multi-step onboarding workflow from a brief, check why mail from a domain is not landing, validate addresses, manage suppressions and topics, and, only when you explicitly confirm, send.

This connector sends real email. Sending is treated as the dangerous action it is. Every connection goes through OAuth with per-scope consent: read scopes are pre-selected, sending and destructive scopes are unchecked behind a warning, and a tool whose scope you did not grant is never offered. Sending a campaign is two-step - the first call returns the audience size and asks, and only a second call carrying an explicit confirmation sends. Test sends reach only your own verified address. Mail leaves only from domains you have verified, and every project has daily and monthly sending caps tied to its trust tier.

The connector sells nothing in-chat, generates no images, video or audio, and serves no ads. Address validation and list cleaning are metered features of your Sendly plan. Works on every Sendly plan; usage rides your plan's normal sending limits.
