AgentiSend

AgentiSend is a transactional email API for AI agents: send through verified domains, with a budget each sender cannot exceed and a kill switch a person can flip. The hosted MCP server at https://api.agentisend.com/mcp exposes 81 tools (43 on tools/list; the rest via list_more_tools). A send is one message or a batch of up to 500 items with per-item results. preflight_email runs every gate a real send runs, sends nothing, and costs nothing. Every 4xx returns code, message, and fix. There is no tool for unsolicited mail. Auth is a bearer API key or OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration. Starter prompts: "Send this receipt to the customer." "Preflight this send and tell me what would stop it." "What can I spend today?"

The Close MCP server is a secure, standardized interface that lets Claude directly access and interact with your Close data. Core functionality with Claude:

• Connects Close to Claude via the Model Context Protocol so Claude can use Close as a trusted system of record.

• Read data (e.g., leads, contacts, opportunities, activities) based on your Close permissions.

Fastmail

MCP is an open standard, not tied to any one AI provider, for how AI clients talk to external data and tools. Think of it as another API sitting alongside IMAP, CalDAV, and CardDAV, except instead of being designed for mail apps or calendar clients, it’s designed for AI models to use directly.

If you point Claude at our MCP server, you can ask it things like “what’s on my calendar tomorrow?”, “draft a reply to Sarah’s email about the Q3 budget”, or “find my dentist’s address in my contacts” and it will do them against your real Fastmail account.

Mailbox MCP

Mailbox MCP connects Claude to the email mailbox you already own: Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, Gmail, Fastmail, or any IMAP host. Nothing is migrated and no copy of your mail is kept.

Looking for a way to connect Claude to Outlook? This is it. Outlook is a program on your computer; your mail lives in a mailbox behind it. Mailbox MCP connects to that mailbox directly, so it works whether or not Outlook is installed, and treats Microsoft 365, Gmail and any IMAP host the same way.

Ask what has come in and get the senders, subjects and first line of every message in one answer. Search across folders. Read a message, or a whole thread, without marking anything as read. Read what is inside an attachment: an invoice total, a spreadsheet, a scanned letter. Send, reply and forward as yourself or as any alias on the mailbox, save a draft as a real threaded reply, and file the way your own mail client does: archive, report junk, move, flag, and manage folders.

Your address book comes too: Outlook contacts with a Microsoft 365 mailbox, Google contacts with a Google sign-in of their own, or any CardDAV book by its address. Find a person, read their card with the postal address, add and correct contacts, and import a contacts file. On Microsoft 365, Google Calendar and CalDAV accounts it opens the diary too: see who is free, find a time everybody can meet, book it, move it, cancel it, and set your out-of-office.

Every connection carries a permission level you choose at approval: read only, draft and file, or send and delete. A shared mailbox can be worked by a team: claim a message so colleagues see who has it, hand one to a named person, and hold a draft for the owner's approval before it is sent.

Ask whether an email actually arrived: it reads the bounces your mailbox received and says which address failed and whether that is permanent. Attachments travel without passing through the model. The company behind it, BSolve IT Limited, holds Cyber Essentials certification.

Nimble CRM

Connect Claude to your Nimble CRM workspace to handle the manual admin work that piles up and gets skipped — logging notes after a call, updating deal stages, creating follow-up tasks, tagging contacts, setting reminders. Tell Claude what happened and it takes care of the record-keeping immediately, instead of it waiting on someone's memory or to-do list. It can also find contacts, companies, deals, and calendar events, and works within the authenticated user's existing Nimble permissions. Changes and deletions always require confirmation first.

Sendly

Sendly is an email platform for product teams: a transactional sending API, campaigns, visual workflow automations, contacts with custom fields, lists, dynamic segments, topic preferences, suppressions, sending-domain setup and analytics. The Sendly connector lets Claude run that workspace from your own account - look up contacts and segments, explain how last week's emails performed, draft a campaign or template, build a multi-step onboarding workflow from a brief, check why mail from a domain is not landing, validate addresses, manage suppressions and topics, and, only when you explicitly confirm, send.

This connector sends real email. Sending is treated as the dangerous action it is. Every connection goes through OAuth with per-scope consent: read scopes are pre-selected, sending and destructive scopes are unchecked behind a warning, and a tool whose scope you did not grant is never offered. Sending a campaign is two-step - the first call returns the audience size and asks, and only a second call carrying an explicit confirmation sends. Test sends reach only your own verified address. Mail leaves only from domains you have verified, and every project has daily and monthly sending caps tied to its trust tier.

The connector sells nothing in-chat, generates no images, video or audio, and serves no ads. Address validation and list cleaning are metered features of your Sendly plan. Works on every Sendly plan; usage rides your plan's normal sending limits.
