MCP Servers with a delete_node tool
Every MCP server Pod knows of that exposes a delete_node tool.
8 servers, ordered by decision readiness and adoption — GitHub stars and npm downloads where available, then reported issue volume. Pod has connected to 7 of them; the rest are publisher-reported and unverified.
Atsign AI Architect
Atsign AI Architect helps developers quickly design, generate, and evolve secure applications for the Atsign Platform, including AI and agentic systems, connected products, distributed systems, and other secure connected environments. Teams use a visual blueprint to align on application components, identities, permissions, policies, data flows, and communication paths before coding begins. AI Architect turns that blueprint into structured instructions for an AI coding assistant. Teams can use it to create new applications or guide changes to existing code, embedding security into the application design and reducing costly retrofitting. The blueprint remains a shared, revisable architecture artifact that can guide future changes.

Flowera
Flowera is a chatbot studio for building AI assistants that talk to customers on WhatsApp, Instagram and web chat. This connector gives Claude direct access to the AgentFlow builder inside your Flowera workspace.
Describe the assistant you want in plain language and Claude builds it: it adds the nodes, wires the connections, configures the language model, validates the graph and saves it to your workspace as a real, runnable flow. You can then ask Claude to run that flow with a test message and read back exactly what it answered, so you iterate on a conversation design without leaving the chat.
Beyond building, the connector covers the day-to-day work around a live assistant. Claude can list and inspect existing flows, make surgical edits to a single node or connection, declare and trigger webhooks, review recent conversations, and read the leads your assistants have collected.
Everything is scoped to the workspace you choose during sign-in, and permissions are requested separately: reading flows, editing them, running them, reading conversation history and listing credentials are each granted on their own, so you can connect with only what you need. Connected apps can be reviewed and revoked at any time from your Flowera profile.
Requires a Flowera account.

Mintlify

Octopus.do
Plan and edit a website's structure just by describing it.
Octopus.do is a visual sitemap tool. Tell Claude what you're building — "a coffee subscription shop with a store, plans, a blog and a contact page" — and it lays out the sitemap for you: every page in place, nested the way it should be, with wireframe blocks sketching what goes on each one.
Already have a project? Ask about it in plain language: what pages exist, how the structure is organised, what's on a given page. Then change it — add a pricing page under Products, move a whole section somewhere else, reorder things, clear out what you don't need. A big restructure happens in one step instead of dozens of clicks.
Comments come through too. Ask what review notes your team left on a project, which page each one is on, and whether a thread is still open — then reply, resolve it, or leave a note of your own.
Handy when you're scoping a new site, reworking an old one, or putting structure together to show a client or hand over to a developer. Works with both your own projects and your team's.
You connect your own octopus.do account, and Claude only ever sees the projects that account can already open.

https://pagehub.dev/api/mcp
PageHub is a website builder, and this server lets your AI agent do the building. Ask for a site and the agent picks a template, adds pages from a library of ready sections, sets colors and fonts, and fills in your copy and photos. It can screenshot the draft in a real browser and run SEO and accessibility checks before you look.
Every change lands in a draft. Nothing goes live until you or the agent publishes, so it's safe to point at a site that's already up. When you're ready, publish to a free pagehub.dev address or attach your own domain; the agent gives you the DNS records to add.
Beyond pages, it can manage collections for blogs and listings, sell through Stripe, edit site emails, set redirects and analytics tags, and invite collaborators.
It's a hosted server: add https://pagehub.dev/api/mcp to your client and sign in with your PageHub account in the browser. Nothing to install. The free plan works: 1 published site, 20 pages, 1 custom domain.
